  • Explanation
    • This problem is beyond our control; it happens to many other apps.
  • Workarounds
    • Sync your device with iTunes frequently to maintain current backups. You can also use A Check List's e-mail import/export features to back up your lists.
  • Status
    • Not correctable. We have not had any reports of this happening to anyone since last year. We presume Apple has fixed the problem.
